Unele companii ajung s\u0103 cheltuie buget important doar ca s\u0103 g\u0103seasc\u0103 un specialist \u00een marketing sau un manager financiar. Uneori este vorba de luni \u00eentregi. Uneori s-ar p\u0103rea c\u0103 nu exist\u0103 beneficii, dar suntem siguri c\u0103 oferta de angajare poate fi mereu atractiv\u0103, depinde doar cum o prezin\u021bi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pune-\u021bi \u00eentrebarea: \u201eDe ce acest candidat trebuie s\u0103 vin\u0103 s\u0103 lucreze la mine, \u0219i nu la concuren\u021bii mei? Cu ce compania mea e mai bun\u0103 pentru el?\u201d.
