E vorba de doamna Marina B\u0103ie\u0219u, care mi-a trezit \u0219i mai mult interesul pentru a descoperi lumea resurselor umane. \u00cen anul II de studii de masterat, am \u00eenceput s\u0103-mi caut un job. Dar a\u0219a cum eram \u00eenc\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 experien\u021b\u0103, am zis s\u0103 trimit CV-ul la posturi diferite \u0219i s\u0103 v\u0103d unde o s\u0103-mi reu\u0219easc\u0103 s\u0103-mi g\u0103sesc un post pe m\u0103sur\u0103.
