Mul\u021bi angajatori cred c\u0103 nu e nevoie s\u0103 stabileasc\u0103 atribu\u021biile fiec\u0103rui angajat. Se g\u00e2ndesc c\u0103 oricum fiecare persoan\u0103 \u0219tie ce are de f\u0103cut. Concedierea<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>(1) Concedierea \u2013 desfacerea din ini\u0163iativa angajatorului a contractului individual de munc\u0103 pe durat\u0103 nedeterminat\u0103, precum \u015fi a celui pe durat\u0103 determinat\u0103 \u2013 se admite pentru urm\u0103toarele motive:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>h) absen\u0163a f\u0103r\u0103 motive \u00eentemeiate de la lucru timp de 4 ore consecutive (f\u0103r\u0103 a \u021bine cont de pauza de mas\u0103) \u00een timpul zilei de munc\u0103;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Totu\u0219i, lucrurile nu sunt at\u00e2t de simple. \u00cenainte de a-l concedia pe angajatul care absenteaz\u0103, angajatorul trebuie s\u0103 fac\u0103 urm\u0103toarele lucruri:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>S\u0103 aduc\u0103 la cuno\u0219tin\u021ba angajatului inten\u021bia de a-l concedia, trimi\u021b\u00e2ndu-i o scrisoare recomandat\u0103 prin care \u00eei solicit angajatului s\u0103 se prezinte la serviciu sau s\u0103 vin\u0103 cu dovezi care s\u0103-i motiveze absen\u021ba.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00cen cazul \u00een care a trecut termenul de 5 zile, din momentul recep\u021bionarii acestei scrisori, \u0219i angajatorul nu prime\u0219te niciun r\u0103spuns, se creeaz\u0103 o comisie pe Companie (se emite proces-verbal \u00een care se propune angajatorului concedierea angajatului).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se \u00eentocme\u0219te ordinul de concediere, un extras din ordin se expediaz\u0103 angajatului. \u00cen cazul \u00een care salariul se achita din casierie, cu solicitarea de a se apropia pentru a ridica salariul.
