Iar ca s\u0103 fii preg\u0103tit, trebuie s\u0103-\u021bi planifici <strong>bugetul de recrutare<\/strong> \u00een fiecare an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce este bugetul de recrutare<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bugetul de recrutare<\/strong> reprezint\u0103 o evaluare aproximativ\u0103 a costurilor pe care le implic\u0103 procesul de recrutare a noilor angaja\u021bi. De regul\u0103, acesta se planific\u0103 pentru un an \u00eenainte. Pentru asta se \u021bine cont de c\u00e2\u021biva indicatori releva\u021bi. De exemplu: domeniul de activitate, durata procesului de recrutare, nivelul fluctua\u021biei de personal \u0219i costul unei angaj\u0103ri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce e important s\u0103 planifici bugetul de recrutare<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Planificarea bugetului de recrutare te ajut\u0103 s\u0103-\u021bi creezi o imagine de ansamblu despre personalul companiei tale. \u00cen plus, \u00ee\u021bi permite s\u0103 eficientizezi, din punct de vedere financiar, procesul de recrutare.
