Asta \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103, \u00een loc s\u0103 \u00eenfiin\u021beze \u0219i s\u0103 men\u021bin\u0103 un departament HR, aleg s\u0103-\u0219i caute noi angaja\u021bi cu ajutorul firmelor de recrutare care lucreaz\u0103 \u00een regim outsourcing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Din ce motive companiile apeleaz\u0103 la serviciile de recrutare outsource<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Ast\u0103zi o s\u0103-\u021bi spunem despre principalele motive care \u00eei determin\u0103 pe antreprenorii no\u0219tri s\u0103 apeleze la serviciile de recrutare \u00een regim outourcing. A\u0219adar, iat\u0103 de ce <strong>companiile apeleaz\u0103 la serviciile de recrutare<\/strong> \u00een regim outsourcing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Companiile apeleaz\u0103 la serviciile de recrutare outsource pentru c\u0103:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. <strong>Nu au angajat un recruiter \u0219i nu dispun de un departament HR<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cele mai multe companii care apeleaz\u0103 la serviciile unor firme de recrutare o fac pentru c\u0103 nu dispun de un departament HR intern care ar putea s\u0103 recruteze angaja\u021bii de care e nevoie. Drept urmare, cea mai bun\u0103 solu\u021bie pentru aceste companii este s\u0103 colaboreze cu o firm\u0103 de recrutare. Pentru o companie mare, \u00eentre\u021binerea unui departament HR nu e o problem\u0103. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Companiile mici \u00eens\u0103 pot \u00eent\u00e2mpina dificult\u0103\u021bi. De ce? \u00cen primul r\u00e2nd pentru c\u0103 men\u021binerea unui departament HR e destul de costisitoare. Angaja\u021bii trebuie s\u0103 beneficieze de asigur\u0103ri \u0219i salarii. Mai ad\u0103ug\u0103m impozitele \u0219i crearea condi\u021biilor de munc\u0103 (amenajarea oficiului, achizi\u021bionarea gadgeturilor \u0219i a softurilor necesare) etc. Toate acestea pot lovi dur \u00een bugetul companiei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Acum g\u00e2nde\u0219te-te c\u0103, de fapt, nici m\u0103car nu ai nevoie de serviciile unui recruiter zi de zi. Poate o dat\u0103 \u00een an sau chiar mai rar te pomene\u0219ti c\u0103 ai un post vacant. Dar oamenii trebuie s\u0103 fie pl\u0103ti\u021bi \u00een fiecare lun\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ca s\u0103 economiseasc\u0103 c\u00e2t mai mul\u021bi bani, companiile mici \u0219i mijlocii aleg s\u0103 recruteze cu ajutorul firmelor de recrutare. Astfel, nu mai trebuie s\u0103 investeasc\u0103 sume colosale \u00een crearea \u0219i men\u021binerea unui departament HR sau \u00een angajarea unui recruiter. Acestea g\u0103sesc o companie de recrutare de \u00eencredere \u0219i achit\u0103 strict serviciul de recrutare a unui angajat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>C\u00e2t economisesc companiile care apeleaz\u0103 la serviciile de recrutare<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ca s\u0103 \u00een\u021belegi mai bine. G\u00e2nde\u0219te-te c\u0103 dac\u0103 angajezi un recruiter cu un salariu de 10 000 MDL (net), \u00een fiecare lun\u0103 vei cheltui c\u00e2te 15 484,52 MDL (salariu total). Nu dispui de un departament HR \u0219i nici de un recruiter in house. Ce faci?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Scenariul I. Proprietarul se ocup\u0103 de recrutare personal<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu, ca proprietar al afacerii, \u00ee\u021bi asumi responsabilitatea s\u0103 g\u0103se\u0219ti angaja\u021bii de care e nevoie. Asta \u00eenseamn\u0103 s\u0103 scrii anun\u021buri, s\u0103 le plasezi peste tot, s\u0103 sponsoriz\u0103ri promovarea lor. Apoi s\u0103 aduni CV-uri, s\u0103 le analizei, s\u0103 contactezi candida\u021bii, s\u0103 organizezi interviuri. \u00cen cadrul interviurilor, trebuie s\u0103 identifici candida\u021bii potrivi\u021bi, s\u0103-i testezi etc. Toate aceste lucruri necesit\u0103 timp, bani \u0219i efort suplimentar. Acum g\u00e2nde\u0219te-te c\u0103, \u00een tot acest timp, sarcinile tale de baz\u0103 vor fi am\u00e2nate pe mai t\u00e2rziu. Fiecare dintre ace\u0219ti oameni au responsabilit\u0103\u021bile lor. Dac\u0103 se vor ocupa de recrutare, asta \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 nu \u00ee\u0219i vor face sarcinile prev\u0103zute de fi\u0219a postului. Astfel, to\u021bi se pot concentra pe activitatea lor de baz\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. <strong>Vor s\u0103 reduc\u0103 riscurile legate de o recrutare nereu\u0219it\u0103<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Riscuri ce \u021bin de legisla\u021bia muncii<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Procesul de recrutare implic\u0103 \u0219i o mul\u021bime de riscuri. \u00cen primul r\u00e2nd, riscuri ce \u021bin de aspectele legale. Recrutarea nu trebuie s\u0103 discrimineze. Ce prevede <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legis.md\/cautare\/getResults?doc_id=135052&amp;lang=ro#\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Codul Muncii<\/a> \u00een leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu perioada de prob\u0103? C\u00e2t poate dura? Se achit\u0103 sau nu? etc. Apoi, dac\u0103 \u00een timpul perioadei de prob\u0103, nu suntem mul\u021bumi\u021bi munca candidatului, ce facem? Ca s\u0103 nu o dea \u00een bar\u0103, tot mai multe companii de Moldova prefer\u0103 s\u0103 apeleze la serviciile unor firme de recrutare, \u00een loc s\u0103 se ocupe de asta de sine st\u0103t\u0103tor. Astfel, se pot asigura c\u0103 tot procesul e \u00een conformitate cu legisla\u021bia \u00een vigoare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Riscuri e \u021bin de bani<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Un alt risc \u021bine de banii investi\u021bi \u00een perioada de recrutare. S\u0103 nu crezi c\u0103 dac\u0103 alegi s\u0103-\u021bi cau\u021bi angaja\u021bii de sine st\u0103t\u0103tor, \u00ee\u021bi va ie\u0219i ieftin. Oricum va trebui s\u0103 investe\u0219ti \u00een promovarea anun\u021bului de angajare, va trebui s\u0103 contactezi candida\u021bii, s\u0103 organizezi interviuri. Care e motivul \u00eencet\u0103rii raporturilor de lucru cu angajatorul precedent? etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un profesionist are experien\u021ba necesar\u0103 \u0219i \u0219tie c\u0103ror aspecte s\u0103 le acorde o aten\u021bie sporit\u0103 \u0219i cum s\u0103 verifici veridicitatea informa\u021biilor dintr-un CV. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe scurt, cam acestea ar fi principalele motive pentru care companiile apeleaz\u0103 la serviciile de recrutare \u00een regim outsourcing.
