Aceasta presupune mai multe etape, de la stabilirea necesit\u0103\u021bilor reale ale companiei\/angajatorului, crearea avatarului candidatului ideal \u0219i p\u00e2n\u0103 la organizarea interviurilor. Totu\u0219i, cu ceva noroc \u0219i hint-uri de la speciali\u0219ti, ai toate \u0219ansele s\u0103 g\u0103se\u0219ti speciali\u0219tii de care ai nevoie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5 sfaturi pentru o recrutare mai u\u0219oar\u0103<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Pentru o recrutare mai u\u0219oar\u0103, creeaz\u0103 profilul candidatului ideal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dad.md\/dad-human-capital\/profilul-candidatului-ideal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Profilul candidatului<\/a> ideal este descrierea detaliat\u0103 a tipului de angajat pe care \u021bi-l dore\u0219ti \u00een companie.\u00a0Acest instrument te va ajuta s\u0103 \u00een\u021belegi, de la bun \u00eenceput, de ce fel de persoan\u0103 ai nevoie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ca s\u0103 creezi profilul candidatului ideal, trebuie s\u0103 notezi toate competen\u021bele \u0219i calit\u0103\u021bile pe care ai vrea s\u0103 le aib\u0103 viitorul t\u0103u angajat. Asta nu \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 vei c\u0103uta un candidat perfect. Acesta nu trebuie s\u0103 fie nici de 3 pagini A4, dar nici de 4 r\u00e2nduri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Denumirea func\u021biei<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Fii c\u00e2t mai explicit. Denumirea postului trebuie s\u0103 fie clar\u0103. De exemplu: Senior Java Developer sau Junior Java Developer. Astfel, candida\u021bii \u00een\u021beleg din start ce limbaj de programare trebuie s\u0103 cunoasc\u0103, dar \u0219i de c\u00e2t\u0103 experien\u021b\u0103 de munc\u0103 e nevoie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cerin\u021bele postului<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Men\u021bioneaz\u0103 4-5 cerin\u021be de baz\u0103 ale postului. E vorba de cele esen\u021biale. Restul cerin\u021belor include-le ca op\u021bionale. Salariul achitat la timp \u0219i asigurarea medical\u0103 obligatorie nu sunt beneficii. \u00cen schimb, un grafic de munc\u0103 flexibil, lucrul\u00a0remote, cadourile \u0219i\u00a0primele sunt beneficii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Noi \u00ee\u021bi recomand\u0103m s\u0103 scrii \u0219i despre salariul pe care \u00eel oferi. A\u0219a f\u0103ceau cu 5 ani \u00een urm\u0103 \u0219i func\u021biona, de ce n-ar func\u021biona acum?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ei bine, lucrurile se schimb\u0103. \u0218i se schimb\u0103 destul de repede. Ast\u0103zi exist\u0103 o mul\u021bime de canale \u0219i instrumente de recrutare. Unele mai eficiente, altele mai pu\u021bin eficiente. Dac\u0103 vrei s\u0103 g\u0103se\u0219ti cat mai u\u0219or angaja\u021bii de care ai nevoie, trebuie s\u0103 identifici care canale \u0219i instrumente de recrutare sunt potrivite pentru tine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exemple:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Hai s\u0103-\u021bi d\u0103m un exemplu. S\u0103 spunem c\u0103 ai nevoie de un SMM. Unde vei publica anun\u021bul de angajare? Pe&nbsp;re\u021belele de socializare (Facebook, Instagram, LinkdIn), pe un site de recrutare sau \u00een ziarul Makler.&nbsp;Teoretic, viitorul t\u0103u angajat poate vedea anun\u021bul oriunde. Practic \u00eens\u0103 SMM-ul t\u0103u, mai degrab\u0103, va g\u0103si anun\u021bul pe Facebook sau Instagram dec\u00e2t \u00eentr-un ziar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u0103 lu\u0103m un alt exemplu. Cau\u021bi ni\u0219te lucr\u0103tori necalifica\u021bi. Unde vei publica anun\u021bul? Pe pagina de LinkdIn sau pe 999.md?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 ai nevoie de un manager, ai putea s\u0103 te g\u00e2nde\u0219ti la o promovare intern\u0103 sau s\u0103 solici\u021bi ni\u0219te recomand\u0103ri de la parteneri, prieteni sau angaja\u021bii actuali. Nu uita nici de concuren\u021bii t\u0103i. Acolo, de asemenea, po\u021bi g\u0103si angaja\u021bi valoro\u0219i, pe care s\u0103-i convingi s\u0103 vin\u0103 la tine \u00een companie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Nu-\u021bi fie fric\u0103 de ce e nou \u0219i necunoscut. Testeaz\u0103 tot felul de softuri \u0219i servicii, sponsorizeaz\u0103-\u021bi post\u0103rile, schimb\u0103 formatul anun\u021burilor de angajare (video, cartona\u0219e etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Accept\u0103 s\u0103 angajezi oameni f\u0103r\u0103 experien\u021b\u0103, dar dispu\u0219i s\u0103 \u00eenve\u021be<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mul\u021bi se pl\u00e2ng c\u0103 \u00een Republica Moldova e un deficit de talente \u0219i e greu de g\u0103sit angaja\u021bi buni.
