Nu o s\u0103 \u00eencerc\u0103m s\u0103-\u021bi schimb\u0103m opinia. Doar o s\u0103-\u021bi explic\u0103m, pe pa\u0219i, ce presupune procesul de recrutare a personalului \u0219i ce costuri implic\u0103 fiecare etap\u0103. Fiecare dintre aceste etape trebuie s\u0103 fie planificat\u0103 \u0219i bine pus\u0103 la punct. S\u0103 le lu\u0103m pe r\u00e2nd:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1) Te ocupi de recrutare de sine st\u0103t\u0103tor? Decide pe cine cau\u021bi<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen primul r\u00e2nd, trebuie s\u0103 vezi ce func\u021bie vacant\u0103 ai, de ce specialist ai nevoie \u0219i dac\u0103 bugetul \u00ee\u021bi permite s\u0103 angajezi acum o nou\u0103 persoan\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ai nevoie de un inginer, de un v\u00e2nz\u0103tor sau de un \u0219ofer? Asta e prima \u00eentrebare la care trebuie s\u0103 r\u0103spunzi \u00eenainte de a \u00eencepe recrutarea. Vei analiza pia\u021ba \u0219i responsabilit\u0103\u021bile care \u00eei revin unui profesor de englez\u0103\/v\u00e2nz\u0103tor\/inginer sau ce mai cau\u021bi tu acolo. Apoi vei pune pe o foaie toate caracteristicele, calit\u0103\u021bile \u0219i competen\u021bele candidatului ideal. E femeie ori b\u0103rbat? Cam ce v\u00e2rst\u0103 ar trebui s\u0103 aib\u0103 pentru a se integra u\u0219or \u00een colectiv \u0219i pentru a g\u0103si u\u0219or un limbaj comun cu echipa \u0219i administra\u021bia? Ce studii a urmat? Ce experien\u021b\u0103 are? Ce valori ar trebui s\u0103 \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219easc\u0103? etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3) Te ocupi de recrutare de sine st\u0103t\u0103tor? Caut\u0103 poten\u021biali candida\u021bi<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aici \u00eencepe \u201edistrac\u021bia\u201d. Cum vei c\u0103uta?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A)<\/strong> Pentru \u00eenceput, vei c\u0103uta <strong>printre angaja\u021bii t\u0103i<\/strong>, poate cineva dispune de preg\u0103tirea necesar\u0103 \u0219i chiar ar merita o promovare. Gestioneaz\u0103 CV-urile<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Suntem optimi\u0219ti, a\u0219a c\u0103 hai s\u0103 mergem pe scenariul potrivit c\u0103ruia prime\u0219ti muuulte CV-uri. A\u0219a, CV-urile nu vin toate odat\u0103, ci pe r\u00e2nd, de aceea trebuie s\u0103 verifici e-mailul regulat, chiar \u0219i de mai multe ori pe zi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E de dorit s\u0103 r\u0103spunzi fiec\u0103rui candidat, confirm\u00e2ndu-i c\u0103 ai primit e-mailul \u0219i c\u0103 vei reveni cu un r\u0103spuns c\u00e2t mai cur\u00e2nd posibil. Iar r\u0103spunsul chiar trebuie s\u0103 vin\u0103 c\u00e2t mai cur\u00e2nd posibil. Asta \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 va trebui s\u0103 analizezi CV-urile, s\u0103 le clasifici (candida\u021bi potrivi\u021bi\/candida\u021bi nepotrivi\u021bi).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unele CV-uri sunt de 2-3 pagini sau chiar mai voluminoase.
