Dac\u0103 \u00eencepi cu \u201eAngaj\u0103m&#8230;\u201d, mai \u00eencearc\u0103 o dat\u0103. Pune accent pe avantajele func\u021biei, pe echip\u0103, pe elementele originale din compania ta. Dar evit\u0103 limbajul de lemn precum: echip\u0103 dinamic\u0103, salariu competitiv etc. Include, \u00een schimb, beneficii reale (lunch, teambuildinguri, seminare, cursuri de dezvoltare etc.);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Men\u021bioneaz\u0103 ce presupune func\u021bia, loca\u021bia companiei \u0219i salariul (m\u0103car aproximativ). Nu vrei s\u0103 pierzi timpul cu zeci de oameni care vor renun\u021ba dup\u0103 interviu din cauza salariului.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Descrie procesul de recrutare (ce trebuie s\u0103 fac\u0103 un poten\u021bial candidat; trimite CV? Unde? Ce subiect trebuie s\u0103 aib\u0103 e-mailul? Care e data-limit\u0103? Trebuie s\u0103 prezinte \u0219i o scrisoare de inten\u021bie? S\u0103 realizeze o prob\u0103? S\u0103 fac\u0103 rost de scrisori de recomandare?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table is-style-stripes\"><table><tbody><tr><td>*Uneori, aceste condi\u021bii suplimentare pot fi ni\u0219te impedimente pentru unii poten\u021biali angaja\u021bi (poate nu au o scrisoare de recomandare, poate nu au \u00een\u021beles exact \u00een ce const\u0103 proba etc.), a\u0219a c\u0103 vezi \u0219i tu!<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Verific\u0103 datele de contact (o cifr\u0103 gre\u0219it\u0103 sau un punct pus nu la locul lui \u0219i gata, nu mai vezi niciun CV.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.  <strong>Nu \u0219tii cum s\u0103 gestionezi corect CV-urile primite<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u0103 admitem c\u0103 ai pus \u00een practic\u0103 sfaturile noastre \u0219i ai formulat un anun\u021b super, mega atractiv. Ai primit sute de CV-uri, dar hop! Ce faci mai departe? Gestionarea corect\u0103 a CV-urilor e un alt pas important, care poate determina succesul sau insuccesul procesului de recrutare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u0219a c\u0103 \u021bine minte:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>R\u0103spunde-le tuturor cu un mesaj prin care s\u0103 le confirmi c\u0103 ai primit CV-ul;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Revino \u0219i fie invit\u0103-i la un interviu, fie comunic\u0103-le c\u0103 ai f\u0103cut alegerea \u00een favoarea altor candida\u021bi (omul trebuie s\u0103 \u0219tie dac\u0103 s\u0103 continue sau nu s\u0103-\u0219i caute un loc de munc\u0103);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La interviu, fii punctual \u0219i preg\u0103tit (m\u0103car cite\u0219te CV-ul). A\u0219a nu vei irosi timpul pe \u00eentreb\u0103ri inutile. Totodat\u0103, ai grij\u0103 s\u0103 po\u021bi r\u0103spunde la \u00eentreb\u0103rile candida\u021bilor despre salariu, fi\u0219a postului, program de munc\u0103 etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Revino cu un r\u0103spuns. Indiferent de decizia ta, contacteaz\u0103 to\u021bi candida\u021bii \u0219i spune-le ce ai hot\u0103r\u00e2t.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fii amabil! (mereu)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>*Verific\u0103 mesajele din SPAM (se mai \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 s\u0103 se r\u0103t\u0103ceasc\u0103 pe acolo CV-ul celui mai valoros candidat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.  <strong>Nu g\u0103se\u0219ti angajatul potrivit<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ai primit o mul\u021bime de CV-uri (pentru c\u0103 na, ai \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat de la noi s\u0103 formulezi anun\u021buri super atractive), ai organizat un interviu ca la carte, dar nu g\u0103se\u0219ti omul potrivit. Candida\u021bii nu sunt suficient de preg\u0103ti\u021bi. Ei bine, ca s\u0103 nu pierzi timpul cu interviuri inutile, te sf\u0103tuim s\u0103 faci o mai bun\u0103 triere din start. Cum? Simplu!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen anun\u021bul de angajare solicit\u0103, pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 CV, o scrisoare de inten\u021bie, recomand\u0103ri sau realizarea unei probe. Vei spune c\u0103 ne contrazicem. Par\u021bial. \u00centr-adev\u0103r, o scrisoare de inten\u021bie, \u00eel poate opri pe un poten\u021bial candidat s\u0103 trimit\u0103 CV-ul. Poate nu se simte suficient de \u00eencrez\u0103tor. Poate nu are de la cine s\u0103 solicite o scrisoare de recomandare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Totu\u0219i, aici vorbim de un caz c\u00e2nd e\u0219ti n\u0103v\u0103lit de CV-uri, dar nimeni dintre candida\u021bi nu e potrivit. Candida\u021bii care vin fie nu au calificarea necesar\u0103, fie nu sunt dispu\u0219i s\u0103 lucreze \u00een condi\u021biile pe care le oferi, iar tu te surprinzi la g\u00e2ndul c\u0103 to\u021bi oamenii buni au fost demult angaja\u021bi \u0219i nu a mai r\u0103mas nimeni care s\u0103 fie potrivit pentru compania ta. Ai plasat anun\u021bul peste tot, l-ai formulat frumu\u0219el, dar nimeni nu se arat\u0103 dornic s\u0103 lucreze \u00een compania ta?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>No panic!<\/em> Hai s\u0103 vedem de ce nu prime\u0219ti CV-uri. Sigur ai ales cele mai bune canale pentru a comunica despre func\u021bia vacant\u0103 pe care o ai? Oferta e atractiv\u0103 sau concuren\u021bii t\u0103i dau mai mult? Ai indicat corect datele de contact? Conteaz\u0103 fiecare detaliu, crede-ne!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apropo! Mai \u021bii minte c\u00e2nd \u021bi-am spus s\u0103 le r\u0103spunzi tuturor, chiar \u0219i celor pe care \u00eei refuzi \u0219i s\u0103 fii amabil (mereu)? Iat\u0103! Printre motivele pentru care nu prime\u0219ti CV-ul poate fi \u0219i reputa\u021bia companiei. A\u0219a c\u0103 ai grij\u0103 de ea ca de ochii din cap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.  <strong>Nu ai un proces de recrutare bine pus la punct<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru a g\u0103si c\u00e2t mai repede oamenii potrivi\u021bi, e nevoie ca \u00eentregul proces de recrutare s\u0103 mearg\u0103 ca pe roate (de la plasarea anun\u021bului cu func\u021bia vacant\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la semnarea contractului individual de munc\u0103). Crezi c\u0103 exager\u0103m? Bine! Atunci imagineaz\u0103-\u021bi c\u0103 e\u0219ti \u00een c\u0103utarea unui job, ai trimis CV-ul \u0219i nu ai niciun r\u0103spuns. Ce vei face? Cred c\u0103 ai prins ideea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.  <strong>Nu ai un recrutor profesionist<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen\u021belegem, nu vrei s\u0103 cheltui bani \u0219i de asta fie ai angajat un recrutor f\u0103r\u0103 experien\u021b\u0103, fie ai delegat aceast\u0103 responsabilitate unuia dintre angaja\u021bi. Dar oare ai economisit? Cele mai importante resurse dintr-o companie sunt oamenii \u0219i timpul. Dac\u0103 de procesul de recrutare se ocup\u0103 cineva care habar nu are de asta, nu trebuie s\u0103 ai mari a\u0219tept\u0103ri. \u00cen plus, uneori angaja\u021bii tind s\u0103 fie subiectivi \u00een raport cu colegii \u0219i astfel s\u0103 nu ia \u00eentotdeauna ni\u0219te decizii corecte. Numai un recrutor profesionist \u00ee\u021bi va aduce omul potrivit f\u0103r\u0103 mari b\u0103t\u0103i de cap \u0219i astfel, \u00ee\u021bi va economisi timpul \u0219i banii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8.  Nu ai suficiente resurse pentru a g\u0103si angajatul potrivit<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ni\u0219te programe de stagii pentru viitori profesioni\u0219ti sau participarea la c\u00e2teva t\u00e2rguri organizate \u00een acest sens \u021bi-ar prinde bine. Ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 asta? Uite! Ai o func\u021bie vacant\u0103, ai f\u0103cut \u0219i-ai dres, \u0219i ai g\u0103sit un specialist pe m\u0103sura a\u0219tept\u0103rilor. Iar la scurt timp, omul te anun\u021b\u0103 c\u0103 pleac\u0103. Nepl\u0103cut, dar nu e o tragedie. C\u00e2nd nu e\u0219ti implicat \u00een procesul de recrutare \u00een mod constant \u0219i cau\u021bi angaja\u021bi noi doar atunci c\u00e2nd \u00een compania ta apare un loc vacant, e \u0219i firesc s\u0103-\u021bi ia ceva mai mult timp, s\u0103 nu \u0219tii de unde s\u0103 \u00eencepi \u0219i cum s\u0103 gestionezi lucrurile. \u00ce\u021bi po\u021bi asuma asta?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Totu\u0219i, nimic nu e pierdut. Vorba ceea, dac\u0103 o problem\u0103 poate fi rezolvat\u0103 cu bani, nu mai e o problem\u0103, ci o cheltuial\u0103! A\u0219a \u0219i aici, toate aceste dificult\u0103\u021bi pot fi dep\u0103\u0219ite cu u\u0219urin\u021b\u0103. Po\u021bi investi \u00eentr-un recrutor profesionist.
