Totodat\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi spunem care sunt indemniza\u021biile pe care un angajator este obligat s\u0103 le achite angaja\u021bilor s\u0103i. <em>Let&#8217;s go!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ce tipuri de indemniza\u021bii sunt oferite \u00een Republica Moldova?<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru c\u0103 via\u021ba este imprevizibil\u0103 \u0219i nimeni nu \u0219tie ce ne poate aduce ziua de m\u00e2ine, s-au inventat asigur\u0103rile. Oamenii \u00ee\u0219i asigur\u0103 casele, ma\u0219inile, unii \u00ee\u0219i asigur\u0103 diferite p\u0103r\u021bi ale corpului, bun\u0103oar\u0103 Jennifer Lopez. Dar \u0219i cei care pl\u0103tesc contribu\u021biile necesare de sine st\u0103t\u0103tor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Astfel, salaria\u021bii t\u0103i au dreptul s\u0103 primeasc\u0103 ni\u0219te bani sub forma unor <strong>indemniza\u021bii<\/strong> dac\u0103:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>se \u00eemboln\u0103vesc;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sufer\u0103 un accident la locul de munc\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tu decizi s\u0103 lichidezi unitatea \u0219i concediezi lumea.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen func\u021bie de posibilele situa\u021bii de risc, exist\u0103 mai multe tipuri de <strong>indemniza\u021bii<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Indemniza\u021bia de maternitate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Indemniza\u021bia unic\u0103 la na\u0219terea copilului;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Indemniza\u021bia paternal\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Indemniza\u021bia lunar\u0103 de cre\u0219tere\/\u00eengrijire a copilului;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Indemniza\u021bia lunar\u0103 de suport pentru cre\u0219terea p\u00e2n\u0103 la v\u00e2rsta de 3 ani a copiilor gemeni;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Indemniza\u021bia pentru incapacitate temporar\u0103 de munc\u0103 inclusiv indemniza\u021bia pentru \u00eengrijirea copilului bolnav;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Indemniza\u021bia pentru zilele libere \u00een leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu suspendarea procesului educa\u021bional \u00een regim cu prezen\u021b\u0103 fizic\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/dad.md\/dad-accountant\/ce-este-diurna-cui-se-achita-si-cum-se-calculeaza\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Diurnele<\/a>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Indemniza\u021bia acordat\u0103 \u00een leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu deta\u0219area salariatului;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Indemniza\u021bia pentru \u0219omaj tehnic;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Indemniza\u021bia de concediu;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Indemniza\u021bia de eliberare din serviciu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cine achit\u0103 aceste indemniza\u021bii?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Unele <strong>indemniza\u021bii<\/strong>, precum indemniza\u021bia de eliberare sau de concediu, sunt pl\u0103tite de c\u0103tre angajator, adic\u0103 de c\u0103tre tine. Pe altele, le vei pl\u0103ti par\u021bial tu, par\u021bial CNAS. Dar hai s\u0103 le lu\u0103m pe r\u00e2nd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Indemniza\u021bia pentru incapacitate temporar\u0103 de munc\u0103<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Chiar dac\u0103 ne-am dori din tot sufletul ca angaja\u021bii no\u0219tri s\u0103 nu oboseasc\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 nu se \u00eemboln\u0103veasc\u0103 niciodat\u0103, se mai \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 \u0219i astfel de situa\u021bii nepl\u0103cute. \u0218i dac\u0103 \u00een al\u021bi ani se mai lucra \u0219i cu un pic de febr\u0103, pandemia a schimbat totul. Mai pui pe deasupra \u0219i eventualele accidente la locul de munc\u0103, \u0219i <a href=\"https:\/\/dad.md\/dad-human-capital\/cum-sa-ti-ajuti-angajatii-sa-scape-de-stresul-la-locul-de-munca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">stresul<\/a>, \u0219i tadam, avem o groaz\u0103 de motive pentru incapacitate temporar\u0103 de munc\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru c\u0103 e destul de greu s\u0103 tr\u0103ie\u0219ti f\u0103r\u0103 m\u00e2ncare \u0219i f\u0103r\u0103 bani, statul are grij\u0103 ca salaria\u021bii asigura\u021bi s\u0103 primeasc\u0103 o indemniza\u021bie atunci c\u00e2nd nu pot s\u0103 lucreze \u0219i s\u0103-\u0219i asigure un salariu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>C\u00e2t pl\u0103te\u0219ti tu \u0219i c\u00e2t pl\u0103te\u0219te CNAS<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Astfel, dac\u0103 unul dintre angaja\u021bii t\u0103i s-a \u00eemboln\u0103vit \u0219i nu poate munci, tu vei stabili \u0219i \u00eei vei acorda o indemniza\u021bie pentru primele cinci zile calendaristice de incapacitate temporar\u0103 de munc\u0103. Totu\u0219i, nu pentru mai mult de 15 zile cumulative pe parcursul unui an calendaristic \u00een cazul mai multor perioade de incapacitate temporar\u0103 de munc\u0103. Restul va pl\u0103ti CNAS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuantumul indemniza\u021biei pentru incapacitate temporar\u0103 de munc\u0103 pl\u0103tite din mijloacele angajatorului se stabile\u0219te \u00een propor\u021bie de 75% din salariul mediu al angajatului, determinat \u00een modul stabilit de Guvern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuantumul indemniza\u021biei pentru incapacitate temporar\u0103 de munc\u0103 achitate din contul bugetului asigur\u0103rilor sociale de stat se stabile\u0219te diferen\u021biat, \u00een func\u021bie de durata stagiului total de cotizare, dup\u0103 cum urmeaz\u0103:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a) 60% din baza de calcul stabilit\u0103 \u00een cazul unui stagiu de cotizare de p\u00e2n\u0103 la 5 ani;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b) 70% din baza de calcul stabilit\u0103 \u00een cazul unui stagiu de cotizare cuprins \u00eentre 5 \u0219i 8 ani;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c) 90% din baza de calcul stabilit\u0103 \u00een cazul unui stagiu de cotizare de peste 8 ani;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>d) cuantumul indemniza\u021biei pentru incapacitate temporar\u0103 de munc\u0103 cauzat\u0103 de tuberculoz\u0103, SIDA sau de maladie oncologic\u0103 este de 100%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tipuri de indemniza\u021bii \u2013 Indemniza\u021bia de concediu<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru perioada concediului de odihn\u0103 anual, salariatul beneficiaz\u0103 de o indemniza\u021bie de concediu. Aceasta nu poate fi mai mic\u0103 dec\u00e2t valoarea salariului mediu lunar pentru perioada respectiv\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apropo, ar trebui s\u0103 i-o achi\u021bi cu cel pu\u021bin 3 zile calendaristice \u00eenainte de plecarea salariatului \u00een concediu. Nu de alta, dar s\u0103 aib\u0103 omul bani de buzunar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salaria\u021bilor care au \u00eencheiat un contract individual de munc\u0103 pe un termen de p\u00e2n\u0103 la 2 luni, la \u00eencetarea contractului \u00een leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu expirarea termenului acestuia, li se pl\u0103te\u0219te o indemniza\u021bie pentru zilele de concediu nefolosite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tipuri de indemniza\u021bii \u2013 Indemniza\u021bia pentru \u0219omaj tehnic<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Indemniza\u021bia pentru \u0219omaj tehnic, precum \u0219i <strong>indemniza\u021biile<\/strong> legate de deta\u0219area salariatului sau de trimiterea lui \u00een deplas\u0103ri de serviciu sunt achitate tot de c\u0103tre tine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Astfel, \u00een perioada \u0219omajului tehnic, salaria\u021bii beneficiaz\u0103 lunar de o indemniza\u021bie ce nu poate fi mai mic\u0103 de 50% din salariul lor de baz\u0103 (asta dac\u0103 nu a fost suspendat contractul lor individual de munc\u0103).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u0103rimea acestei <strong>indemniza\u021bii<\/strong> se stabile\u0219te prin ordinul (dispozi\u021bia, decizia, hot\u0103r\u00e2rea) angajatorului, de contractul colectiv de munc\u0103 \u0219i de conven\u021biile colective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen cazul declar\u0103rii \u0219omajului tehnic ca urmare a declar\u0103rii st\u0103rii de urgen\u021b\u0103, de asediu \u0219i de r\u0103zboi sau ca urmare a restric\u021biilor impuse \u00een starea de urgen\u021b\u0103 \u00een s\u0103n\u0103tatea public\u0103, <strong>indemniza\u021bia<\/strong> poate fi pl\u0103tit\u0103, par\u021bial sau integral, din bugetul de stat, \u00een modul stabilit de Guvern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Atunci c\u00e2nd indemniza\u021bia pentru \u0219omaj tehnic este pl\u0103tit\u0103 din bugetul de stat, locurile de munc\u0103 ocupate de persoanele pentru care sau pl\u0103tit aceste <strong>indemniza\u021bii<\/strong>, nu pot fi reduse pe o perioad\u0103 cel pu\u021bin egal\u0103 cu perioada \u0219omajului tehnic pentru care s-au pl\u0103tit aceste <strong>indemniza\u021bii<\/strong>, cu excep\u021bia situa\u021biilor de insolvabilitate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Totodat\u0103, c\u00e2nd un angajat este trecut, \u00een interes de serviciu, de la o unitate \u00een alta sau dintr-o localitate \u00een alta, acesta are dreptul la compensarea cheltuielilor de transport \u0219i a celor de cazare, precum \u0219i la o indemniza\u021bie special\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0b830f\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Cite\u0219te \u0219i: <\/mark><a href=\"https:\/\/dad.md\/dad-accountant\/cu-cat-s-a-majorat-salariul-minim-pe-economie-si-care-sunt-principalele-forme-de-salarizare\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cu c\u00e2t s-a majorat salariul minim pe economie \u0219i care sunt principalele forme de salarizare<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/dad.md\/dad-accountant\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/05\/Indemnizatii_DAD-ACCOUNTANT-2-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"indemniza\u021bii fotografie simbol\" class=\"wp-image-2281\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dad.md\/dad-accountant\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/05\/Indemnizatii_DAD-ACCOUNTANT-2-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/dad.md\/dad-accountant\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/05\/Indemnizatii_DAD-ACCOUNTANT-2-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/dad.md\/dad-accountant\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/05\/Indemnizatii_DAD-ACCOUNTANT-2-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/dad.md\/dad-accountant\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/05\/Indemnizatii_DAD-ACCOUNTANT-2-1536x864.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/dad.md\/dad-accountant\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/05\/Indemnizatii_DAD-ACCOUNTANT-2.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tipuri de indemniza\u021bii \u2013<\/strong> <strong>Indemniza\u021bia de eliberare din serviciu<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Lichidarea unit\u0103\u021bii<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi concediezi angaja\u021bii pentru c\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi \u00eenchizi afacerea sau vrei s\u0103 reduci num\u0103rul sau statele de personal, trebuie s\u0103 \u0219tii c\u0103 e\u0219ti obligat s\u0103 achi\u021bi ni\u0219te <strong>indemniza\u021bii<\/strong>. Astfel, pentru prima lun\u0103, plata unei <strong>indemniza\u021bii<\/strong> de eliberare din serviciu trebuie s\u0103 fie egal\u0103 cu m\u0103rimea sumat\u0103 a unui salariu mediu s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2nal pentru fiecare an complet lucrat la unitatea \u00een cauz\u0103, dar nu mai mare dec\u00e2t \u0219ase salarii medii lunare \u0219i nu mai mic\u0103 dec\u00e2t un salariu mediu lunar. Pentru a doua lun\u0103, dac\u0103 persoana concediat\u0103 nu a fost plasat\u0103 \u00een c\u00e2mpul muncii, va trebui s\u0103 pl\u0103te\u0219ti o indemniza\u021bie egal\u0103 cu m\u0103rimea salariului mediu lunar. Iar dac\u0103 persoana concediat\u0103 nu s-a angajat nici dup\u0103 dou\u0103 luni, pentru a treia lun\u0103, \u00eei vei achita o indemniza\u021bie egal\u0103 cu m\u0103rimea salariului mediu lunar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen situa\u021bia \u00een care, la lichidarea unit\u0103\u021bii, reu\u0219e\u0219ti s\u0103 ajungi la un acord scris cu lucr\u0103torii t\u0103i, la data concedierii va trebui s\u0103 le achi\u021bi toate sumele legate de concediere pe toate 3 luni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Angaja\u021bii nu corespund func\u021biei<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 \u00eens\u0103 afacerea \u00ee\u021bi merge ca pe roate, dar e\u0219ti nevoit s\u0103-i concediezi pe unii angaja\u021bi din cauz\u0103 c\u0103 nu corespund func\u021biei, nu sunt suficient de califica\u021bi (fapt confirmat de o comisie de atestare) sau starea lor de s\u0103n\u0103tate nu le permite s\u0103-\u0219i \u00eendeplineasc\u0103 munca a\u0219a cum trebuie (fapt confirmat de un certificat medical), atunci iar\u0103\u0219i vei fi obligat s\u0103 pl\u0103te\u0219ti indemniza\u021bia de eliberare din serviciu. Numai c\u0103 de aceast\u0103 dat\u0103 suma va fi \u00een m\u0103rimea unui salariu mediu pe 2 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O indemniza\u021bie de eliberare din serviciu \u00een m\u0103rimea unui salariu mediu pe 2 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni va trebui s\u0103 achi\u021bi \u0219i dac\u0103 concediezi un angajat \u00een leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu restabilirea la locul de munc\u0103, conform hot\u0103r\u00e2rii judec\u0103tore\u0219ti, a salariatului care a \u00eendeplinit anterior munca respectiv\u0103 sau \u00een leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu refuzul salariatului de a fi transferat \u00een alt\u0103 localitate din cauza transfer\u0103rii unit\u0103\u021bii \u00een acea localitate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Angaja\u021bi \u00eencorpora\u021bi \u00een serviciul militar<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>De asemenea, salaria\u021bii al c\u0103ror contract individual de munc\u0103 a fost suspendat \u00een leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu \u00eencorporarea \u00een serviciul militar \u00een termen, \u00een serviciul militar cu termen redus sau \u00een serviciul civil ori care au demisionat pentru c\u0103 tu ai \u00eenc\u0103lcat contractul individual sau contractul colectiv de munc\u0103 beneficiaz\u0103 de aceast\u0103 indemniza\u021bie \u00een m\u0103rimea unui salariu mediu pe 2 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apropo, \u00een contractul colectiv sau \u00een cel individual de munc\u0103 pot fi prev\u0103zute \u0219i alte cazuri de plat\u0103 a indemniza\u021biei de eliberare din serviciu, m\u0103rimi sporite ale acesteia, precum \u0219i termene mai \u00eendelungate de plat\u0103 a indemniza\u021biei. A\u0219a c\u0103 fii vigilent!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Indemniza\u021bia de maternitate<\/em><\/strong>, <strong><em>indemniza\u021bia unic\u0103 la na\u0219terea copilului<\/em><\/strong>,<strong><em> indemniza\u021bia lunar\u0103 de suport pentru cre\u0219terea p\u00e2n\u0103 la v\u00e2rsta de 3 ani a copiilor gemeni<\/em><\/strong> precum \u0219i <strong><em>indemniza\u021bia parental\u0103<\/em><\/strong> \u0219i cea <strong><em>de \u00eengrijire a copilului<\/em><\/strong> sunt achitate de CNAS. <strong><em>Indemniza\u021bia pentru \u00eengrijirea copilului bolnav<\/em><\/strong>, de asemenea, este acordat\u0103 de CNAS. Aceast\u0103 indemniza\u021bie se acord\u0103 mamei, tat\u0103lui sau tutorelui copilului, dac\u0103 copilul bolnav are v\u00e2rsta de p\u00e2n\u0103 la 10 ani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chiar dac\u0103 aceste <strong>indemniza\u021bii<\/strong> sunt acordate de CNAS, asta nu \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 nu te privesc. De fapt, dac\u0103 e s\u0103 ne g\u00e2ndim un pic, indirect, tot tu le achi\u021bi. Cum? Pl\u0103tind contribu\u021biile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceste <strong>indemniza\u021bii<\/strong> sunt achitate de CNAS numai dac\u0103 angajatorul:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a pl\u0103tit contribu\u021biile de asigur\u0103ri sociale;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a prezentat declara\u021biile aferent angaja\u021bilor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tipuri de indemniza\u021bii \u2013<\/strong> <strong>Indemniza\u021bia pentru zile libere<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cenc\u0103 o situa\u021bie c\u00e2nd angaja\u021bii pot solicita acordarea unei <strong>indemniza\u021bii<\/strong> \u021bine de suspendarea procesului educa\u021bional \u00een regim cu prezen\u021b\u0103 fizic\u0103. Atunci, salaria\u021bilor care au copii cu v\u00e2rsta de p\u00e2n\u0103 la 12 ani \u0219i\/sau copii cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi \u00eenregistra\u021bi \u00een unit\u0103\u021bi de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt sau sunt tutori ai acestora li se acord\u0103 zile libere pentru supravegherea copiilor. Indemniza\u021bia pentru zile libere se acord\u0103 la cererea scris\u0103 a unuia dintre p\u0103rin\u021bi sau a tutorelui, depus\u0103 la angajator. Ulterior, angajatorul va depune o solicitare, pe proprie r\u0103spundere, de acordare din bugetul de stat a indemniza\u021biei pentru salaria\u021bii cu copii \u00een v\u00e2rst\u0103 de p\u00e2n\u0103 la 12 ani \u0219i copii cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi, care au beneficiat de zile libere \u00een contextul suspend\u0103rii procesului educa\u021bional \u00een regim cu prezen\u021b\u0103 fizic\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuantumul indemniza\u021biei acordate din bugetul de stat este calculat prin \u00eenmul\u021birea num\u0103rului de zile libere acordate cu 50% din salariul de baz\u0103 al salariatului divizat la num\u0103rul de zile din luna pentru care este depus\u0103 solicitarea, dar nu mai mult de 150 de lei pe zi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen cazul \u00een care 50% din salariul de baz\u0103 al salariatului pentru o zi constituie o sum\u0103 mai mare de 150 de lei, angajatorul se oblig\u0103 s\u0103 achite din surse proprii o indemniza\u021bie cel pu\u021bin egal\u0103 cu diferen\u021ba dintre indemniza\u021bia calculat\u0103 conform art. 78<sup>1<\/sup>&nbsp;alin. (1) din <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legis.md\/cautare\/getResults?doc_id=113032&amp;lang=ro\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Codul muncii al Republicii Moldova<\/a> nr. 154\/2003 \u0219i indemniza\u021bia achitat\u0103 din bugetul de stat conform pct. 16 din Anexa nr.1 din HG nr.316\/2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>C\u00e2nd se achit\u0103 contribu\u021biile?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Potrivit legii, trebuie s\u0103 calculezi \u0219i s\u0103 achi\u021bi contribu\u021biile de asigur\u0103ri sociale \u00een fiecare lun\u0103. Tot lunar trebuie s\u0103 prezin\u021bi \u0219i declara\u021bia privind calcularea \u0219i utilizarea contribu\u021biilor de asigur\u0103ri sociale de stat obligatorii \u0219i declara\u021bia privind eviden\u021ba nominal\u0103 a asigura\u021bilor. Asta se face p\u00e2n\u0103 la data de 25 a lunii urm\u0103toare celei de gestiune. Iar \u00een cazul lichid\u0103rii \u2013 \u00een termen de cel mult 10 zile de la data aprob\u0103rii bilan\u021bului de lichidare, indiferent de tipul de proprietate \u0219i de forma juridic\u0103 de organizare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reziden\u021bii parcurilor IT vor achita un impozit unic. Iar 54,7% din suma acelui impozit va fi direc\u021bionat spre bugetul asigur\u0103rilor sociale de stat. Acestea vor constitui contribu\u021biile de asigur\u0103ri sociale de stat obligatorii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ce se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 dac\u0103 nu achi\u021bi contribu\u021biile?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cum s\u0103-\u021bi spunem? Dac\u0103 nu achi\u021bi, ri\u0219ti s\u0103 fii sanc\u021bionat. Neplata \u00een termen a contribu\u021biei de asigur\u0103ri sociale de stat obligatorii atrage calcularea unei major\u0103ri de \u00eent\u00e2rziere \u00een propor\u021bie de 0,1% din suma datoriei pentru fiecare zi de \u00eent\u00e2rziere. Inclusiv pentru data vir\u0103rii sumei datorate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen afar\u0103 de asta, \u00eei pui \u0219i pe angaja\u021bii t\u0103i \u00eentr-o situa\u021bie deloc favorabil\u0103. Imagineaz\u0103-\u021bi cum te-ai sim\u021bi dac\u0103 ai lucra ani la r\u00e2nd, iar c\u00e2nd te pomene\u0219ti c\u0103 ai nevoie, afli c\u0103 \u0219eful t\u0103u nu a achitat contribu\u021biile.
